We are happy to accommodate walk-ins when available, we ask to book with us in advance to guaranty your service time & with your favorite technicians who are committed to providing you with the highest quality salon and spa experience. Our Cancellation Policy
We respectfully ask that you give us a minimum notice within 24 hours if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. (Parties of 3 or more require 48 hours notice). The full service cost will be charged for any cancellation or no show appointment. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. We reserve your service at specific time so that the next guest is not inconvenienced and you receive the full amount of time you deserve.
